The key responsibilities of the role include: Manage hotel revenue generation & maximisation through full utilisation of company systems, business processes and specification, understands the dynamic of local market and the demand generators,Beat the competition, and Operate efficiently.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration/MBA is preferred
- Previous Revenue Management or Pricing experience is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions
- Good understanding of the local business and operation environments and markets
- Local or expat
- Service minded and ability to involve and support operations
- Business savvy and good people skills
- Experience in emerging markets / similar hard locations
- Visionary & strategic thinker and ability to convert this to action
